How to input an area unit "㎡ " in Google Drive Docs ?
I couldn't find it "Insert - Special Characters" menu.

Up until this moment, I was not aware that "㎡" was its own character. Anyway, there's nothing stopping you from copy-pasting that into your Doc. However, while that would solve your problem today, it wouldn't in the long run, as you'd have to refer to previous Docs in the future to copy-paste it again. So from here, you have a few solutions.

• Use the Superscript function, by first typing out "m2", then, selecting the "2", going to Format>Superscript. This makes the 2 smaller and produces the desired result.
• Use the Equations function. Equations is useful for, well, equations, as it makes typing special formatting, such as fractions, sigma notation, greek letters, and yes, subscripts, faster. You can do this by going to Insert>Equation, and then typing out "m^2", which will automatically result in a superscript.

Now, these solutions are highly recommended. But if, for some reason, you really want to use the "㎡", you still have some options:

• Use the Web Clipboard. Simply paste "㎡" into your Doc, then select it. After that, go to Edit>Web clipboard>Copy selection to web clipboard. Then, you can paste it into any Google Editor* by going to Edit>Web clipboard>㎡>Paste as rich text. (*depreciated, not included in new Google Sheets)
• Use Automatic Substitution. Go to Tools>Preferences, then add "㎡" as an automatic substitution for a memorable phrase, such as "metersquared", which, when typed into Docs, will result in "㎡".

Keep in mind that using "㎡", which isn't a Google Docs recognized Special Character, might result in errors in the export process, and may not display properly on all devices.
